On Pandemic Fatigue and New Pathways

I don’t know about you, but I feel pandemic fatigue setting in. I don’t mean that I am being less vigilant about taking health precautions, but that I am finding it tough to maintain a good attitude about the situation forced upon all of us.

So I am thinking about being flexible and finding new pathways for my thoughts. I am also considering ways to add some fun and joy into my days.

With that in mind, I am busy planning for SWC. I am looking forward to the many unique offerings presented by the wonderful teachers that join us at SWC. I am so grateful for them, for all of our participants, and for the wisdom that emanates from these events! Our shared experiences help “fill my cup” and give me the encouragement to keep an optimistic and positive outlook.

Some of the upcoming highlights at SWC that I am really looking forward to:

•Bhakti Yoga—the perfect blend of yoga for body, mind and soul, all in one workshop.

•Two more MasterMind Mondays - one about Social Justice Parenting and the other about getting your mindset ready for 2021.

•Flow Writer, a lovely exploration of self-expression through movement and writing.

•An “in real life” meditation at a beautiful park in Boca Raton.

•The last W.A.K.E. (Wisdom Action Knowledge Enlightenment) discussion for 2020.

•A demonstration of challah baking as a meditative and intention setting practice.

•Ritual and Grace, a grounding practice of self-reflection.

We are also busy working on lots of new things for 2021, including a meditation technique series, more great MasterMind Mondays and a fun retreat-style 3-part workshop.

You may have received a survey via email from us asking for your feedback. If you can, please take a minute to complete it so we can hear directly from you about what you want to enjoy at SWC.

We can’t wait to welcome you!

With love and light,

Denise
