Ritual and Grace—A Practice of Reflection

An opportunity to join together in ritual, meditation and prayer to support one another through these unusual times.

Presented by Ellen Patrick, a certified yoga therapist, on the second Monday of each month.

Bhakti Yoga

Combines the profound practices of pranayama and mantra (chanting) and yoga postures to create energetic shifts, while cultivating intention, inspiration, focus and compassion.

Presented by Ellen Patrick on the fourth Monday of each month.

Anna or Ellen will lead a class when we get a fifth “bonus” Monday in a month!

Pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement) and meditation.

These are excellent ways to start off your week!

Join Anna as she leads a simple yet effective experience to jump start Monday morning.

•You will start with breath—your life’s essence.

•Next you will train your body with gentle yet invigorating sun salutations.

•All of this will prepare you to enjoy a seated meditation practice.

There will be some time for discussion and questions at the end of class.

Leave calm and refreshed, ready to move ahead.

You will need a yoga mat and a cushion or comfortable seat.

Ritual and Grace—A Practice of Reflection

(2nd Monday of each month)

Ellen presents a beautiful and poignant practice as an opportunity to join together in ritual, meditation and prayer. It has been developed to support you during this unprecedented shift in human history.

This “Sacred Pause” is an opportunity to reflect on where you’ve been; how you are doing in the present moment; and how you would like to influence the “new world paradigm” moving forward.

Starting with Ritual—the language of symbols—you will invite a conversation of higher inspiration.

During Meditation—the language of Spirit—you will listen deeply to uncover the truth of who you are and how you can be aligned with the yearnings of your soul.

With Prayer—the language of the heart—you can ask for the guidance and support necessary to influence your life in a more enlightened direction.

You will come away from this practice feeling transformed.

Please bring a candle, lighter, journal and pen.

Bhakti Yoga

(4th Monday of each month)

The Sanskrit word “Bhakti” means, “unconditional love for Spirit and deep love and compassion for others.”

During this historical “Sacred Pause,” in which we are experiencing social unrest and divisiveness, Bhakti Yoga provides an opportunity to get on the mat and cultivate unconditional love for all beings and the environment

Ellen will guide you through an asana practice that combines the profound practices of pranayama (breathwork) and mantra (chanting) within the posture sequences. This class will allow you to create energetic shifts while cultivating intention, inspiration, focus and compassion.

Bhakti Yoga is a traditional practice will prepare you to co-create a more inclusive and kindhearted “new world paradigm.”

You will receive a scribed copy of the practice.

Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
