Discover How Teaching Meditation With Simple Techniques To Help Others and Yourself Find Peace and Calm!

4 consecutive Wednesday evenings starting October 28th at 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Then take a deep dive into the art and science of meditation with Leah Kinsella, a Para Yoga certified teacher.

Leah has taught this training for over 6 years. Her personal and professional life is dedicated to developing meditation skills. Many have greatly benefited from her teachings.

You will learn:

•How to effectively teach meditation and guide others

•Skill sets to expand your own practice

•The history and philosophy of time-tested meditation techniques

•Meditation practices from Himalayan Masters and the Shri Vidya Lineage, as taught by Rod Stryker

•Ways to expand and develop your own meditation practice

You will experience the benefits of meditation directly through:

•Meditation on the breath

•Meditation to develop awareness

•Heart centered meditations

•Chakra meditations

•Breathing exercises

You’ll receive personalized attention so that you can successfully deepen your practice and teach meditation.

Leah will provide exercises between sessions to develop your self-awareness and meditation skills.

The training comes with a book of meditations that can be used and referenced after the training concludes.

Eligible for 16 CEU hours provided through Yoga Alliance.

(Additional requirements: 8 hours of self-study; daily meditations)

Leah focuses on Meditation, Nidra, Pranayama and Self Inquiry. She is a nationally certified Para Yoga® instructor, is Polestar® Pilates trained, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and ACC Level ICF Coach. And soon to be a Search Inside Yourself Institute graduate!

Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
