What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Juli Kagan, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will guide us through an inner journey of imagination and joy. You just need to relax and take the trip! There will be a brief overview of guided meditation, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.

What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Anna Crane, an experienced and inspiring meditation guide who is trained in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, will introduce us to the practice of “basic goodness.”
In this practice we reflect a primordial state which is pure, reminding us that underneath the clouds of emotional ups and downs and good and bad behavior, we are complete and therefore whole.
Remembering this has the potential to profoundly affect our lives.
Anna will lead us in a meditation, which will attempt to touch our own basic goodness and that of our fellow human beings.

Lean Into the Present With Mantra and Malas!

This evening will be led by Amy Appel, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will demonstrate simple tools to develop our concentration and focus so we can be more “present” in our lives and the world around us. There will be a brief overview of the use of mantra and malas, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

The fifth of our 8-part Wisdom Meditation series, intended for new and seasoned meditators alike. We will join together through Zoom to learn and meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Ilonka O’Neil, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher, meditation guide and RN. She will introduce us to the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques developed by renowned Dr. Jon Cabat-Zinn which are used world-wide to assist with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. This is a practical approach to cultivating awareness and releasing restrictions, so we can have more choice to take wise action in our lives. There will be a brief overview of MBSR, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.

Deep Relaxation To Release What No Longer Serves!

The sixth of our 8-part Wisdom Meditation series, intended for new and seasoned meditators alike. We will join together through Zoom to meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Heather Berg, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will lead us through a Yoga Nidra practice to bring deep relaxation, counteract stress and fatigue, heal the nervous system and allow for a process of letting go to remember the unchanging part of you. There will be a brief overview of Yoga Nidra, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.
Please have a meditation cushion and blanket, towel or yoga mat, a small pillow for your head and a small cloth to cover your eyes.

The Power of RAIN in Our Daily Lives!

The seventh of our 8-part Wisdom Meditation series, intended for new and seasoned meditators alike. We will join together to learn and meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Ellen Patrick, a wise and experienced yoga teacher, as well as a mindfulness meditation guide. She will offer an exploration of the mindfulness meditation principles of RAIN. The acronym stands for a four-step process: Recognize, Allow, Investigate and Nurture. This practice will guide you to bringing awareness and compassion to your thoughts and feelings, especially those that tend to be difficult.
There will be a brief overview of RAIN and mindfulness techniques, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.

The last of our 8-part Wisdom Meditation series, intended for new and seasoned meditators alike. We will join together to learn and meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Juli Kagan, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will take us through Ho’oponopono, the practice of forgiveness and reconciliation as a form of mental and spiritual cleansing. This beautiful ritual allows for self-healing and can lead to the healing of any of our relationships and even the world! We will let love flow! There will be a brief overview of the story of Ho’oponopono, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.
