Weekly Restorative Yoga Class

Restorative Yoga utilizes props such as blankets (or towels), bolsters (or pillows), and a chair, to place the body in positions of profound relaxation, all while reducing anxiety and stress. Just imagine your most comfortable and self-indulging Savasana (final resting pose) and then deepen that.
