Shoulder, neck, and back aches from too much phone or computer time? Want to learn how to FEEL alignment and adjust your Self…without a teacher in the room? Join Christine Lewis, founder of Spoken Word Yoga for an interactive workshop to get practical knowledge you can use right now, particularly in online yoga and fitness classes!What Will I Learn?
Christine will outline the strategic sequencing of Yoga postures to systematically eliminate pain and tension throughout your body. She will show you tips, tricks and techniques that you can incorporate into your regular exercise or stretching routine to eliminate chronic neck, shoulder, back, and leg tension and improve the flexibility and mobility of your entire body!
Learn how to adjust yourself in each posture without a teacher in the room to get the most out of your daily exercise activities and how to use simple postures to relieve pain, tension, and prevent future injuries.
There will be a mixture of standing and floor postures so you can feel how slight adjustments in the alignment of the body will give you more effective access to specific muscle groups and “problem” areas to promote healing from within.
Christine will also allow time for questions and clarification about alignment principles in each posture to optimize healing in the body.
This workshop can improve your quality of life for the rest of your life!
You will need a yoga mat.
