Freda is a life coach, motivational speaker and successful entrepreneur based in L.A. Over the years, she has helped many people achieve their personal goals.
Now she is using her experience to help others navigate the new experiences of this year. Freda is all about setting realistic objectives and getting results. The skills she will explore are universal, can be applied by anyone, and will be useful life-long.
What Will I Learn?
Some of the topics to be covered include:
•Acknowledging feelings that are coming up—whether it is grief, fear or old trauma
•Taking charge of your mindset
•Goal-setting and accountability
Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts.
