Prayer Flow—Gentle Vinyasa with Ilonka O’Neil

Under the premise of many rivers, one ocean, we give it up to the Divine as we each understand it in this prayer infused yoga class. If you love Vinyasa, but chaturangas aren’t for you, this strong practice is easier on the neck and shoulders than traditional Vinyasa. Yoga blocks and a strap are helpful to have for this class, but you can also use items you have at home, like paper towel rolls and a belt. Suitable for all levels.

Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
