Dr. Jessica will explore relevant psychological concepts in the context of current challenging circumstances.
She will discuss ways to transmute negative feelings into:
- greater compassion and peace
- surrender and freedom
- meaning and purpose
- wisdom and love
Dr. Jessica’s goal is to give you tips and tools to raise your consciousness, enhance self-integration and healing and shift your perceptions and perspectives! This will be the first in a series of interactive presentations by Dr. Jessica as part of our MasterMind Mondays program.
