MasterMind Mondays - 5 Shifts to Support a More Nourishing Morning Routine
Time & Location
About the Event
With Tiffany Lanier, founder of The Morning Shift Co.
Learn how a small shift in your morning routine can lead to a big change in your personal growth and healing!
Tiffany is a leading voice in personal growth, well-being and conscious leadership.
She has created a unique, signature program, “The Morning Shift,” so you can redefine your morning routine to create more meaning and less “doing” in your life.
What Will I Learn?
We’re used to glorifying busy-ness, hustling, and pushing ourselves until the wheels fall off.
During “normal times” all of this leaves us depleted by the end of the day with nothing much left to give to ourselves, our dreams, humanity or the planet.
And now we add on the mental and emotional weight of COVID-19, social unrest, political dismay as we strive to be productive in how we live, lead, and work–it can all be so exhausting.
So how do we keep our sanity in all of this?
We change how we start our day.
You will learn about the guiding principles of The Morning Shift and get tips and tricks so you can:
• Redefine your morning routine to hold space for more meaning and less doing (and properly support yourself in times of transition).
• Identify the “5 Shifts” your morning routine is missing so you can create a practice dedicated to personal and professional well being + growth.
•Discuss 3 key strategies to stop sacrificing wellbeing so you can create real change in this world and sustainably show up for the vision, the work, the kids, the partner, and the friends (even in the midst of a global pandemic).
This is an introduction to a more in depth Morning Shift event coming to SWC!
