Learn to use a strap to access every muscle in your body and get maximum benefit from a deep stretch practice.
In this special workshop, Christine Lewis, founder of Spoken Word Yoga, will teach you effective techniques for deep muscle stretching with a strap.
A yoga strap is great, but not required. You can use a belt, tie, pillowcase, hand towel, or anything else around the house that can be gripped on either end to serve as a strap.

Not only does it feel great, stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.
We all need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints and to keep the muscles from shortening and becoming tight.
Christine will show you how to assist yourself to get the most out of your stretching routine.
This workshop is part of an on-going series presented by Christine at SWC to explore different ways to maximize your fitness and heal your body from head to toe.
Suitable for all levels.
Eligible to be used with Body Mind Soul packages.
You will need a yoga mat.
Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
