Is there something in you calling out for expression? Would you like to tap into your innate knowing and communicate more freely and authentically?
Let your inner voice come out of hiding! Join Ilonka O’Neil, yoga teacher, writer and book author, in her new Flow Writer drop-in class.
Ilonka will start with some gentle meditative yoga stretches to help you release blocks and get in the creative flow. Then, she’ll provide a simple but thought provoking writing prompt for you to take on your own journey, on the page.
We know it takes courage to read your writing aloud. So, sharing is encouraged, but never required. Participants will not critique any writing, but will have the opportunity to say how the writer’s words made the listener feel.
No prior yoga or writing experience is required!
This is part of SWC’s Body Mind Soul program and eligible to be used with packages.
This class will give you a “taste” of the more in-depth 4-part Flow Writer course to be offered by SWC periodically throughout 2021.
All are welcome. Past Flow Writer participants are encouraged to attend.
Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
