What Will I Learn?
Joanna will explain how you can become free from the pressure, overwhelm and stress created by conditioned, habitual and automatic thinking.
Joanna believes that you can consciously and intentionally “unhook” your mind from the automatic and repetitive thoughts that keep you stuck in unwanted feelings and behaviors like anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression, addiction, and chronic dissatisfaction.She will provide tips and tricks so you can cultivate a revolutionary new way of thinking to generate creativity, confidence and clarity and “Dethrone Your Inner Critic”!
This will be the first in a series of interactive presentations by Joanna as part of our MasterMind Mondays program.
